The Discovery of the Necklace
Once upon a time, there was a very ill-tempered Queen living in a great and magnificent Kingdom. One night, the queen fell into a very restless sleep. In her dream, a mysterious woman appeared and said, “You have to be a kind-hearted person; otherwise, you’ll be alone.” The queen didn’t pay much attention to the dream.
The next morning, while walking around her palace, she discovered a secret room that she had never noticed before. Curiously, she went inside and found a gold necklace lying there. The queen was captivated by the necklace’s magnificence and immediately put it around her neck. However, no matter how long she waited, the necklace did not shine. “How is this possible? How can a necklace this precious not start shining like the sun?” she wondered.
The Wizard’s Advice
Determined to uncover the necklace’s mystery, the queen decided to visit the wizard. The wizard listened to her attentively and explained, “This necklace only shines when kind-hearted people wear it. You have to learn how to be kind.” The queen, in disbelief, dismissed the wizard’s advice and sought other ways to make the necklace shine.
She collected all of the precious stones in the palace and prepared various potions, but with each attempt, the necklace only grew darker. After several failed attempts, she finally gave in and decided to try the wizard’s suggestion. She aimed to complete three good deeds.
The Queen’s Acts of Kindness
The first good deed was to call the oldest maid in the palace before her. The maid was fearful but obliged. “Oh my queen, have I made a mistake?” she asked. The queen replied, “Without realizing it, I heard that you’ve been having a hard time lately, so I’m going to give you a few days off to rest.” The maid, surprised, expressed her gratitude and left the room. To her delight, the necklace around the queen’s neck started shining slightly.
Next, the queen called the palace gardener, who meticulously cultivated the queen’s flowers every single day but never received any appreciation. “Thank you for all the beautiful flowers in the garden; your work is really valuable to me,” she said. The gardener beamed with joy, and the necklace shone a little brighter.
For her third act of kindness, the queen called the chef, who was struggling to support his family. “I’m giving you these coins to take some of the weight off your shoulders,” she said, handing him a bag of gold. The chef was moved to tears, and at that moment, the necklace around the queen shone more brightly than ever.
The Queen’s Realization
When the queen looked in the mirror, she was amazed by how shiny the necklace was. The king noticed the change in her and decided to surprise her with breakfast. On that day, no one in the palace could take their eyes off the queen or her necklace. “My necklace is shining! Look, everyone admires me! Everybody loves me so much now!” she exclaimed.
However, the queen became obsessed with the necklace’s shine. She started cleaning it obsessively, scrubbing it harder with every good deed she did. But one day, while cleaning, the stone suddenly broke into two fragments. “Oh no, my necklace is broken! No one will love me anymore!” she cried.
Surprisingly, her subjects continued to treat her well. “But why doesn’t my necklace shine anymore? Why are you all being so nice to me?” she asked. The palace employees answered in unison, “My queen, you have become a wonderful person. Not only does your necklace shine, but your heart shines as well.”
At that moment, the queen realized that the love people showed her was not because of the shiny necklace, but because she had become a good person. From then on, she learned how to shine without the necklace.
The Adventure of Rapunzel and the Seven Dwarves
One day, while the beautiful Rapunzel was taking a pleasant walk through the forest, she encountered one of the Seven Dwarves. “What are you doing out here?” she asked. The happy dwarf explained that he was making a necklace out of bird feathers for Snow White’s birthday and invited Rapunzel to the party that evening. Flattered, Rapunzel agreed.
While they were collecting bird feathers, they were unaware that the evil queen Hela was watching them with her crystal ball. Jealous of Snow White’s beauty, the evil queen was waiting for a chance to hurt her. “So bird feathers, huh?” she sneered, plucking a feather from a bird that landed on her windowsill.
She went to her workshop and made a beautiful necklace, secretly enhancing it with a spider potion. Meanwhile, the happy dwarves were preparing for the party, unaware of the queen’s scheme.
The Party and the Evil Queen’s Scheme
When it came time to give gifts at the party, they suddenly heard a knock at the door. Snow White opened it to find an old lady standing there. “My beautiful girl, I’m starving! If you have any food to spare, can you share it with me?” Snow White could not refuse and invited the old lady in. Rapunzel sensed something strange about her.
While they enjoyed the party, the old woman quickly replaced the necklace box with one of her own without anyone noticing. The happy dwarf placed the feather necklace around Snow White’s neck, and at that moment, the feather turned into long spider webs, trapping Snow White.
The old woman, who everyone felt sorry for, suddenly transformed into the evil queen. “Hah! My plan has finally worked!” she cackled. Terrified, Snow White cried for help, and Rapunzel bravely cut the webs with a knife from the table.
Rapunzel’s Bravery
As the webs fell away, Rapunzel picked up the feather and pressed it to Hela’s chest. “No! Please don’t do that!” the evil queen begged as she transformed into a huge spider. With the help of Doc the dwarf, Rapunzel locked the spider in a closet. Snow White and the dwarves were impressed by Rapunzel’s courage.
“If you hadn’t been there, what would we have done?” they exclaimed. You truly are a real hero!” they thanked her, realizing how important it is to have courage and be fearless when protecting friends.
The Quest for the Magic Necklace
Meanwhile, hours before the full moon, the evil witch Rosa excitedly took the wish necklace in her hand. “When the full moon comes tonight, I will be the most powerful witch in the whole country!” she declared. The beloved princess of the country, Beauty, and Prince Richard set off on a dangerous journey to retrieve the magic necklace.
As they ventured through the dark forest, a white fog enveloped them, obscuring their view. Suddenly, their horse reared up in fear, throwing them off. “Calm down! Stop!” Prince Richard shouted, but the horse bolted into the fog.
Desperate and lost, they met a skunk. “What are you looking for in this dark forest?” the skunk asked. We need to find the witch Rosa’s palace!” Beauty replied. The skunk trembled at the mention of the witch’s name.
The Skunk’s Help
After hearing their plight, the skunk agreed to help them find the castle. He skillfully navigated through the mist, leading Beauty and Prince Richard to Rosa’s castle. “I won’t go inside, but I’ll wait for you here,” the skunk said, as they approached the castle.
As they entered, Rosa appeared at the window, lifting her wish necklace towards the full moon. Oh wish necklace, bless me with the light of the full moon! I wish to be the most powerful and evil witch in the country!” she declared. Instantly, she transformed into a more beautiful and powerful version of herself.
The Final Showdown
Just then, the witch wished that Beauty and Prince Richard would be trapped in the cellar. As they vanished, the skunk quickly dug a hole to help them. In the witch’s hall, he spotted the necklace but was caught by Rosa. “What are you doing in my castle, filthy thing?” she yelled.
In a brave move, the skunk stamped his feet, releasing his notorious stench, which caused Rosa to faint. Seizing the opportunity, the skunk grabbed the necklace and scurried down to the cellar where Beauty and Prince Richard were trapped.
Delighted, Beauty put the necklace around her neck and made her wishes: “I wish all three of us would get out of here, and that the witch Rosa should turn into a mouse!” In an instant, they found themselves safely back in the palace.
A New Friendship
Dear skunk, we would never have survived without you! Do you want to live with us in this great palace as our best friend from now on?” Beauty offered. The skunk joyfully accepted, feeling for the first time the warmth of friendship.
Meanwhile, the witch Rosa, now a mouse, went crazy upon seeing her reflection. “What’s that? Help!” she squeaked as her cat Mir chased her around the palace.
Conclusion: The Power of Kindness
This story reminds us that true kindness comes from within and that our actions can have a profound impact on those around us.
