Data Retention & Automatic Deletion — ContentVibee Temp Mail
Last updated: 11/12/2025
This page explains how long temporary inboxes and messages are kept, how automatic deletion works, and what to expect when an inbox expires. ContentVibee Temp Mail is privacy-first — data is removed automatically without manual recovery.
1. Email retention window
Temporary addresses created through ContentVibee Temp Mail are stored only for a limited time. Each inbox shows its expiration time when generated. After the retention window ends, the inbox and all messages are deleted automatically.
We do not retain or archive messages after expiration.
2. Automatic deletion process
Deletion is handled by an automated system designed to protect user privacy:
When an inbox expires, all stored messages are permanently removed.
No manual intervention is required to trigger deletion.
The cleanup runs periodically to clear expired inboxes and free storage.
3. No backups or recovery
ContentVibee does not keep backups of temporary inbox content. Once an inbox or message is deleted it cannot be restored or viewed again.
Deleted messages cannot be recovered.
We cannot provide copies of expired messages.
4. User control & guidance
Because temporary inboxes are anonymous and ephemeral, users cannot request individual message deletion or restoration. If a message contains important information, save it locally before the inbox expires.
Tip: copy or forward important links and codes immediately after receiving them.
5. Security & storage
We follow privacy-first practices:
Messages are stored only temporarily and isolated per inbox.
No long-term archives or message logs are kept.
Inboxes are not linked to personal user accounts or identities.
All connections use HTTPS to protect data in transit.
6. Important limitations
Because messages are removed automatically:
We are not liable for loss of information after deletion.
We cannot retrieve expired emails.
Do not send sensitive, personal, or critical data via temporary inboxes.
